Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10.00 flat rate shipping. Free Shipping for order over $100.00
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100.00 within Bellefonte/State College, Pa Area. For orders under $100.00, we charge $10.00 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from during delivery hours: 1:00-5:00 on Mon-Fri. We will contact you with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Centre Boot Company: 2961 Benner Pike, Bellefonte, Pa 16823. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are anytime during regular store hours 10:00 am-7:00pm Monday-Friday; 9:00am-3:00pm on Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to a P.O. Box without a street address. Please contact us at 814-548-7392 for other options.
